Welcome to the Vivr Run Club. This free Couch to 5km program is designed to take someone who has never run before to being able to run 5km with no trouble. It’s a 4-week, 3-session-per-week program that will ease you into your running journey while teaching you the basic running sessions you'll need to progress.
This cheat sheet will allow you to create a perfectly balanced workout. Inside are some of my favourite workouts and formats designed to help you build a better, stronger and happier body. Using our structured guide to understand the formula that will suit you, then mix and match workouts from different sections to create your workouts. Now your exercise resume will be working for you and your body will no longer hold you back from looking, feeling and moving your best regardless of your age, time restraints or circumstance.
