12 Week Hybrid Training Program
The Vivr 12-Week Hybrid Program is designed around a running and strength-based training approach that will get you into the best shape of your life while helping you hit personal bests both in the gym and on the track. This program combines the best elements of running and strength training to give you a lean, strong, and durable physique that will have you feeling the best you’ve ever felt.
Your strength program includes strength training, utilizing a 3-day, full-body split that will hit every muscle group within a 45-60 minute time span. For your running program, you’ll be able to choose from a 5, 10, or 21 km running plan, split into either 3-4 running days per week. The goal of this program is to have you running your desired distance with ease by the end of the 12 weeks!
