This is our Couch to 5km running program! The goal of this program is to have you running 5km with ease in 8 weeks. It’s designed to make the progress seamless and smoothly guide you towards your goal.
Program structure -
3 x 20-30 minute running sessions
Daily full body mobility
Training cycle: 12 week cycle (Pre and Post Testing)
